This page documents the consent language presented to farm and storage warehouse users during authenticated mobile enrollment for Schmieding Farm Compliance, operated by H.C. Schmieding Produce Company, LLC. Schmieding Farm Compliance was created in 2026.
It is published so messaging-program reviewers and the public can see how one-time verification messages and optional recurring transactional notifications are described at enrollment. This page is evidence of consent language — not an enrollment form. Live enrollment happens only after a farm or storage warehouse user activates an account and verifies a phone they control. Consent is stored per user account and associated organization. Customer portal accounts are not enrolled in this SMS program unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
